Our unique Mentoring program for ADHDoers: The path to success in high-tech

If you are struggling with ADHD and are looking for tools to help you get the most out of your work in the high-tech world and in general, our mentoring program is the answer for you. This unique program is designed for those who want to turn personal challenges into professional advantages and place ADHD in a place of growth and development.

Effectiveness measurement and analysis of results

The effectiveness of the program is measured through the program:

  • Mapping questionnaires at the start and end of the program: assist in setting personal goals and measuring improvement along the way.

  • Ongoing feedback: We conduct a continuous process of collecting feedback from participants for continuous improvement.

At the end of the program, a summary report will be shared with both the mentee and the mentor, and in cases of external funding – also to the program's clients, subject to the mentee's approval.

So far, the three cycles of the program have improved on average:

  • 31% improvement in overall coping with the difficulties of the KSHAR

  • 50% reduction in procrastination incidents

  • 43% improvement in time management

  • 35% improvement in message delivery and communication

Our mentoring program is a unique opportunity to rediscover your abilities,

Overcome obstacles and successfully realize your potential in the high-tech world.

What will you get in the program?

For approximately 12 weeks, you will undergo an in-depth and personalized session in which you will receive all the tools required for success at work.
Our mentoring program focuses on two key aspects:

  1. Overcoming challenges: time management, dealing with procrastination, improving communication skills, anger management, and harnessing resources at work.

  2. Understanding strengths: creativity, empathy, ability to function in situations of uncertainty, curiosity, and motivating others to action.

During the program, you will undergo a comprehensive personal mapping of your current situation, we will set personalized goals together, and we will help you implement the tools you learn to get the most out of your ADHD.

How does it work?

  • 10 personal 1:1 sessions: One-hour meetings, face-to-face or Zoom meetings, to maximize flexibility and efficiency.

  • Weekly follow-up calls: Short calls aimed at adapting the content to your personal needs and monitoring your progress.

  • The mentoring program provides ongoing guidance and support that begins at the registration stage, including matching the most appropriate mentor for you.

  • The program costs 1500 NIS, which is a donation to the NPO to support our social impact.

What the mentees say:

"This journey was not easy. It involved a lot of self-work, reflection, and dealing with challenges that I thought would remain constant, but together with the mentor who became a friend and with the help of the structured process of the program, we were able to identify the places where I needed to improve... Today I feel equipped with the tools and confidence to deal with day-to-day challenges" – (Hillel Levy, Menti)

What our Mentors say:

"At the end of the process, we looked at the entry versus exit questionnaire - improvement in almost all indicators... I look back and it was a long journey that he went through and he didn't notice for a moment - and suddenly it hit him, that it was him - that he did it - it was amazing"
