In our introductory lecture, David, the founder of ADHDoTECH, shares his personal story of ADHD in high-tech and presents the unique opportunities and challenges faced by employees and managers with ADHD in the high Tech industry. The Lecture is intended for all employees and aims to raise awareness and drive open and accessible intra-organizational dialogue.​

An anonymous and comprehensive survey that combines personal interviews and surveys of managers and employees, to map the impact of ADHD in the organization. An organizational in-depth report is produced, summizing data on the the challenge and current managerial practices, providing a customized action plan to improve potential realization and build a supportive environment.

A practical training workshop for managers who are interested in learning the tools for effectively managing employees with ADHD. Managers will receive practical tools for dealing with daily challenges, saving management time, and reducing stress in the work environment - all with the goal of creating a supportive and enabling work environment that will bring out the potential of employees.

A personalized mentoring program that includes 10 sessions over three months with industry mentors. This program focuses on practical work to address professional challenges and develop the tools to realize employees' superpowers. Data shows dramatic improvement in participants effectiveness, focus, and the ability to express themselves optimally.

Training an internal organizational representative (company employee) to continue supporting organizational change and internal organizational initiatives and needs regaurdind ADHD. We guide the way to preserve employee competency, support  environmental adjustments that enables attentive employees,  maximizes human capital and highlight  the organizational brand as socially inclusive and diverse.
